Cancellation Policy

1:1 or 2:1 session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is missed or cancelled without at least 24 hours notice.

Group Class Courses are refundable in full up until 1 week prior to the first session of the block. Cancellations are not possible mid-way through the block.

Class Pack Validity

Please check the validity period of each class pack before purchasing.

Group Class T&Cs

One “make-up” session is permitted per group class block booking. Make-up sessions are offered, subject to availability, in the 9.30am classes which take place on Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays or Wednesdays at 12. Make-up sessions are only permitted when at least 1 week’s notice is given in writing and must be used within the same block of classes. They cannot be carried over into future blocks.

Refunds cannot be given for individual classes missed due to illness or sudden change of plans.

In the event that you’d like to cancel your space in the group class block as a whole, notice would need to be given in writing a minimum of 1 week before the first class in the course is due to start in order for a full refund to be issued. Any cancellations after this time cannot be refunded. Refunds or cancellations are not possible for individual group class bookings.
