Optional small equipment is used for most workouts, to intensify the burn. But of course, if you don’t want to use equipment, that’s completely fine.

We do offer a selection of pre and postnatal classes designed specifically for new mums and mums to be. Head to the video library and select the pre or postnatal filter. For those that are not marked in that category, please make sure you are at least 6 weeks post birth and have been signed off by your doctor/midwife to exercise.
SDP is Pilates 2.0. You might have practiced Pilates for a while and are looking for more or Pilates hasn't challenged you enough in the past. The SDP Method brings stronger, bolder movements that level up your workouts.
Absolutely! Sam specialises in really targeted cues and very clear guidance meaning instructions are always easy to follow and you will get the exercises right.
If you are consistent and take short classes 4-5 times a week or longer classes 2-3 times a week, you should start to see and feel differences in your body strength and muscle definition within 2-4 weeks.

The core SDP Membership is targeted at the advanced level, however there are 3 other gentler levels to choose from on the platform to suit your mood!

Classes are viewable on any device from phones and laptops to desktops to tablets. You can even cast videos to your TV (with compatible devices).
Sam will host occasional live classes throughout each monthly challenge which will be flagged to members via email.

Yes, the billing cycle is monthly from your first payment date (or yearly if you’re on the annual plan).
