The SDP Members Club is designed for those who crave a challenge — think dynamic, strength-based Pilates that pushes your limits. That said, you don’t need to be a seasoned pro to get started. If you're newer to Pilates or returning after a break, we recommend beginning with our Pilates Foundations Series or the Intermediate 1-Month Challenge to help you build strength and confidence before diving into our more advanced classes.
Most classes use optional small equipment — like weights, bands, sliders or a ball — to intensify the burn and boost results. But it’s absolutely not essential. We have over 100 equipment-free workouts available, and every class can be modified to work with just your bodyweight.

We do offer a selection of pre and postnatal classes designed specifically for new mums and mums to be and have a full SDP Postnatal Series launching summer 2025. In the meantime, please drop us a line and we can direct you to the existing pre/postnatal safe classes. For those that are not recommended for pre/postnatal by our team, please make sure you are at least 6 weeks post birth and have been signed off by your doctor/midwife to exercise.

Absolutely! Sam is known for her ultra-targeted cues and crystal-clear instruction, so you’ll always know exactly what to do and how to do it — no second-guessing. The on-demand format gives you the flexibility to replay, pause, and revisit classes, helping you master the moves and get serious results, all from home.
If you’re consistent - think 4–5 short classes a week or 2–3 longer sessions - you can expect to start seeing and feeling changes in your strength, energy and muscle definition within 2–4 weeks. The more regularly you show up, the faster the results come 💪🏼

Yes - Sam hosts occasional live classes, especially during monthly challenges. These sessions are a great chance to move together in real time and feel the community energy. You’ll be notified via email whenever a live class is coming up, so you never miss out.

Yes, we offer a 14 day no-commitment free trial to see if you enjoy the platform. Once you sign up you’ll automatically be added to the weekly classes email.
Yes, the billing cycle is monthly from your first payment date (or yearly if you’re on the annual plan).
